Mascara: Apply close to your lash line to define and make lashes look thicker.
Making a statement, add a little mascara to your bottom lashes as well. Liquid Eyeliner: Apply directly to lash line. From the outer corner of your eye draw the diagonal line outwards (use the natural curve of your bottom lash line as a guide to draw upwards for a lifted effect). Using that same line as a guide, apply the eyeliner inwards towards your lash line. Fill in the rest of the lash line using small strokes.
